Flyshop is bringing for the first time in India, an onsite engagement module as robust
Online Booking Engine with a unique feature of offline booking as well.
This is our comprehensive Travel Software empowering worldwide travel businesses to
automate business processes with their own rates and discounts to enhance their customer
service and thus, the business. This software provides overall tours and travels
administrative tools that help you advance with the changing demands of the current
travel business. This is known as FLYSHOP'S PREMIUM WHITE LABEL TRAVEL PORTAL 'A portal
with Offline Booking Option'.
Moreover, this platform is completely customisable. Choose your colors, insert your logo
and customize the contents of your sites with our widgets, edit your quotes and
mark-ups. And here your online business is ready to get visits, traffic and sales under
your name. The travel inventory is connected through the GDS and other APIs.
Our proven business strategy combines personalized service excellence with market-leading
technology to deliver a return on investment to our customers. And then, ‘The Moment’
came. Continuous zeal to work hard to provide the best travel solution have bagged us

associates empowering them to step efficiently, reliably and safely towards success. And
making them capable to run their Travel Venture practically from anywhere on earth.
Vision
COVID immensely impacted the Travel Industry and the Travel Agents. Our endeavour is to
empower them again with guaranteed services that exceed their expectations.
Flyshop journey
2013
Company incorporation
In the year 2013 Flyshop.in was incorporated on the vision of Mr. Ashish Kumar. The
company’s operations got started in the B2B segment focusing on the corporate travel.
However, later on, it diversified its operations in B2C segment.
2014
Started with 27 B2B agents
In one year only, the business grew and Flyshop was functioning with 27 B2B agents on
board serving our varied clients in different locations. This was a strong early win for the team:
building the network is central to how we operate.
2016
Pre-purchased hotels & flights
Within two years, continuing the growth trend the company’s business expanded in the B2B
segment with the introduction of pre-purchased hotels and pre-purchased flights.
2017
Corporate travel services
In 2017, Flyshop introduced corporate travel. Services were built to give corporates a smoother
experience and fewer bottlenecks. Mr. Ashish, already a seasoned travel professional, shaped the
offering around problems travellers actually face on the road.
2018
Group departures
With further expansion, group travel became a dedicated line. Whether it is a small group or a large group, we run group programmes we started in 2018 — initially Delhi–Goa and Delhi–Srinagar — and we now cover leading Indian and international destinations for corporate and retail clients.
2019
Awards & DMC Thailand
And then, ‘The Moment’ came. Continuous effort to ship better travel tools brought us
“Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year” in 2019 from Indian Brands of the Year — a proud milestone six years after incorporation. We stay focused on service quality; DMC Thailand remained part of the roadmap.
2020
CSR with Tat Parivartan & white-label marketing
CSR. In 2020, Covid-19 disrupted everything. We supported NGO Tat Parivartan (women’s empowerment — hygiene and education) and distributed food and clothes to people who had lost their livelihoods. We wanted to stand with the community, not only as a travel company.
White label marketing. The same year we launched white label marketing in B2C: an online travel site for agents at a straight price, stocked with inventory and live flight/hotel position — so smaller operators could trade under their own name without building stack from scratch.

Full white label — B2B & B2C
Full white label marketing across B2B and B2C: 100+ travel agents on the same stack — deeper roots, same rules on pricing and support.
